Our Metcon classes combines strength training and cardio in short, intense intervals. It’s designed to improve your overall fitness and endurance. You’ll work hard, all while enjoying a supportive atmosphere with others who share your goals.
STRENGTH
Our strength class focuses on building muscle and improving overall strength. The goal: steady progress, better form, and a stronger you. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to step it up, this class offers the guidance and support to help you reach your goals.
